Please review these Terms carefully. They are a legally binding contract between you and Infonetics Technologies LLP and describe your rights, remedies, and obligations when using MENTR services.

1. Acceptance of Terms and Scope

By registering, accessing, or using MENTR, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the services. These Terms apply to our website, mobile apps, APIs, and related services unless separate terms are clearly provided for a specific product.

2. Accounts, Eligibility, and Security

You must provide accurate and complete account information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for maintaining confidentiality of your credentials.

  • You must meet the minimum age for digital consent under applicable Indian law. Where required, guardian consent and supervision apply.
  • Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Sharing credentials is prohibited.
  • Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use or a security incident.
  • We may request verification information to confirm account ownership or identity.

3. Content Enrollment and Access License

When you enroll in content on MENTR, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial educational use through our services.

  • Content is licensed, not sold.
  • You may not copy, redistribute, resell, sublicense, record, or publicly display content unless explicitly authorized in writing.
  • Access duration may vary by product type. Subscription-based access is available only during an active subscription period.
  • We may revoke access when required by legal, policy, intellectual property, or security obligations.

4. Payments, Pricing, Credits, and Refunds

Paid features require a valid payment method. Pricing, taxes, billing cycles, and available payment methods may vary by Indian state and platform.

  • You authorize us and our processors to charge applicable fees, taxes, and recurring subscription charges.
  • Unless otherwise stated by applicable law or offer terms, fees are non-refundable after expiry of the applicable refund window.
  • Promotional credits, coupons, and gift benefits may be subject to expiry and additional conditions.
  • We may deny refund requests in cases of misuse, fraudulent chargebacks, or policy abuse.

5. Content and Behavior Rules

You must use MENTR lawfully and respectfully. You are responsible for your conduct and all content you post, upload, submit, or communicate through our services.

  • Do not post unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, abusive, or otherwise harmful content.
  • Do not impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation, qualifications, or identity.
  • Respect intellectual property and privacy rights of others.
  • We may remove content or restrict access where required by law, policy, or safety considerations.

6. Rights to Content You Post

You retain ownership of lawful content you post. By submitting content, you grant MENTR a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license (with rights to sublicense where needed) to host, process, reproduce, adapt, publish, and distribute such content to operate, improve, and promote services.

  • You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed for submitted content.
  • You are solely responsible for consequences of your submitted content.
  • Feedback and suggestions you provide may be used by us without compensation to you.

7. Using MENTR at Your Own Risk

MENTR is a platform and may host user-generated or instructor-generated material. We do not guarantee the legality, accuracy, completeness, or suitability of all content, and your use of content and interactions with others is at your own risk.

  • Use caution when sharing personal information with other users.
  • Third-party links, tools, or ads are governed by third-party terms and policies.
  • We are not responsible for disputes or losses arising from direct interactions between users or with third parties.

8. MENTR Rights and Restricted Uses

MENTR platform design, software, trademarks, logos, and non-user content are owned by Infonetics Technologies LLP or licensors and are protected by applicable law.

  • You may not reverse engineer, scrape, crawl, probe, or bypass security features of the platform.
  • You may not use automation that overloads, disrupts, or degrades service availability.
  • You may not use our brand assets without prior written authorization.

9. Subscription Terms

If you purchase a subscription plan, access is provided during the active billing period and renews automatically unless cancelled before renewal.

  • Free trials, introductory offers, and renewal pricing may be subject to eligibility and offer conditions.
  • We may modify subscription features, pricing, or content catalog with prior notice where required by law.
  • Cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund prior subscription charges unless required by law.

10. Generative AI Terms

If MENTR provides AI-powered features, your use is subject to these Terms and any additional feature-specific policies. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unsuitable for your intended purpose.

  • You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI outputs before relying on them.
  • Do not submit sensitive personal data or confidential information unless explicitly permitted.
  • Do not use AI outputs to make high-impact legal, medical, employment, financial, or safety-critical decisions without qualified professional review.

11. Optional Services (Exam Vouchers and Coaching)

MENTR may offer optional services such as exam vouchers, mock assessments, live coaching, or mentorship sessions. Additional terms may apply at checkout or activation.

  • Exam voucher purchases may be final, non-transferable, and subject to provider eligibility and expiry rules.
  • Live coaching or mentorship availability, rescheduling, cancellation, and refund rules may differ by session type and offer terms.
  • Third-party exam providers and video platforms operate under their own terms, and we do not control their policies or outcomes.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to some or all services, with or without notice, where we reasonably determine a violation of these Terms, fraud risk, payment failure, legal requirement, platform abuse, or security threat.

  • Upon termination, access to purchased or subscribed services may end immediately as permitted by law and policy.
  • Where appropriate, we may retain account and transactional records to comply with legal obligations and enforce rights.

13. Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, services are provided on an โ€œas isโ€ and โ€œas availableโ€ basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, fitness for a specific purpose, or error-free operation.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including data loss, revenue loss, or business interruption.
  • Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability is limited to the greater of INR 8,000 or the amount paid by you to MENTR in the 12 months preceding the claim event, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Infonetics Technologies LLP and affiliates from third-party claims arising from your content, conduct, or breach of these Terms.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

MENTR services are intended for users in India. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Thrissur, Kerala have exclusive jurisdiction unless applicable Indian law requires otherwise.

  • Before formal proceedings, parties agree to attempt good-faith informal resolution for at least 60 days after written notice of dispute.
  • If a dispute is not resolved informally, it must be brought before the competent courts in Thrissur, Kerala, unless applicable Indian law requires a different forum.
  • If any part of this section is found unenforceable, the remaining portions remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

15. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in services, law, operations, or risk controls. Material changes will be posted with an updated date and may be additionally communicated through in-product notice, email, or other prominent channel where required by law.
